For the longest time, I avoided doing anything to our outdoor space because a big makeover wasn’t in the budget. However, I realized it was silly to not enjoy what we already have and, by adding a few simple items, I really feel like I have created an outdoor retreat right in our backyard! I partnered with Walmart for these updates and they have ALL the cutest outdoor items at great price points.
The key to making our outdoor space feel like a vacation was to add a bar cart! It is functional AND adds that luxe feeling. We are going to get so much use out of it from holding our drinks while we lounge poolside or when we entertain guests. Walmart had such an incredible selection of bar carts to choose from and, if your outdoor space allows it, I think a small rolling kitchen island could be such a fun twist to serve as a drink station!

Another simple addition that made a big impact was changing our pool towels! And Walmart had an amazing selection of classic stripe towels and Turkish towels to make the space feel extra special. Accessories can go such a long way to upgrade the look of your space while being very budget friendly.
